We aim to process orders within 5 working days, in some cases this could take up to 7 days during busy periods. We currently offer standard delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 48 which should arrive between 2-3 days after dispatch and express delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 24 which should arrive between 1-2 days after dispatch. International delivery is currently unavailable.

Candle Care

Our candles are made using a 100% natural coconut wax blend. Due to the nature of this wax you may see some slight imperfections, but these will not affect the performance of your candle. To minimise the risk of imperfections, store your candles at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.

To get the most out of your candle and to prevent the wax from tunnelling, burn until the entire surface of the candle melts. Remember to trim the wick to 5mm between every burn to prolong the life of your candle and ensure a safe, steady flame.
